Anglican worship, centered around the “Table” with a focus on the “Meal” is actually quite intuitive and logical in its basic structure: there is a time for greeting and settling in, followed by a time of preparation [the Word] and response leading to the offering of our lives in service and dedication to the Lord, all of which leads to gathering around the holy Table. Once nourished in the sacrament of His Presence we are dismissed, sent out into the world to love and serve in His name.

Most commonly called “The Holy Eucharist” [from eucharistia, meaning thanksgiving], also sometimes referred to as Holy Communion [Lord’s Supper is also used], this liturgy molds and shapes us.

The series of videos below will introduce this liturgical style of worship in more depth.
